Depuis son installation, le professeur Hanane Zouzou, avec son équipe, ont déjà posé 41 pacemakers sur des patients de Béjaïa et ses environs.

En dépit des locaux exigus et des conditions architecturales des plus inadéquates, le CHU de Béjaïa voit son activité progresser en attendant les nouveaux locaux, dont les travaux peinent à démarrer s’ils ne sont pas totalement gelés. Qu’à cela ne tienne! La volonté est là. Un service de cardiologie interventionnelle sera inauguré le 5 juillet prochain, à l’occasion de la célébration du 56e anniversaire de l’indépendance. C’est ce qu’a invoqué un communiqué de la cellule de communication du CHU précisant qu’après «avoir créé le service de cardiologie en 2014, dirigé par le professeur Hanane Zouzou, spécialiste en rythmologie, le CHU de Béjaïa a réussi à mettre en place le service de cardiologie interventionnelle. Ce service comprend une salle de cathétérisme avec exploration hémodynamique dotée d’équipements de pointe, une salle d’ECG Holter et une salle d’exploration électro-physiologique et pacemaker.» Les équipements de ce service sont acquis sur le budget de fonctionnement de l’année 2017 pour un montant de 15 milliards de centimes», souligne-t-on dans le même communiqué.
Le service vient essentiellement pour répondre à un besoin vital dicté par la transition épidémiologique d’où les affections cardiovasculaires représentent 95% des urgences médicales nécessitant un geste salvateur du praticien cardiologue. La cardiologie interventionnelle permet de réduire les risques de mort subite des affections dites cardio-vasculaires. À rappeler que le professeur Danoune Abdelmalek, directeur général du CHU de Béjaïa, s’était engagé lors de son installation en novembre 2012, à créer les deux services jugés extrêmement importants, à savoir la cardiologie et la cardiologie interventionnelle. Depuis son installation, le professeur Hanane Zouzou, avec son équipe, ont déjà posé 41 pacemakers sur des patients de Béjaïa et ses environs en leur évitant ainsi le transfert aux CHU d’Alger et de Tizi-Ouzou. A signaler que ce centre de référence sera baptisé du nom du médecin Abdelkader Belabbès, natif de la ville de Béjaïa.

On 7 June 2018, the European Defence Agency (EDA) and the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) co-organised the conference “Military Mobility – Key to European Security” in Brussels. Political and military decision-makers including Federica Mogherini, Head of the European Defence Agency, High-Representative and Vice-President of the European Commission, Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Krasimir Karakachanov, NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller and EDA Chief Executive Jorge Domecq as well as Ministers and high level officials of Member States and allied countries, EU bodies, NATO, and other relevant stakeholders assessed progress in and exchanged views on European military mobility.

Military Mobility is key to European security. Today’s security environment demands the smooth, efficient and effective movement of military personnel and assets within and beyond the European Union. As a complex and multidimensional issue, military mobility requires a ‘whole-of-government’ approach whilst respecting national sovereignty.

The EU’s Action Plan on Military Mobility, presented by HR/VP Federica Mogherini and the European Commission on 28 March 2018, outlines the steps the European Union is taking to improve Military Mobility. The Action Plan builds on the Roadmap on Cross-Border Military Transportation developed by the European Defence Agency and in close cooperation and coordination with all relevant actors, including NATO.  

In his opening speech, Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Krasimir Karakachanov, said: “The boundaries between internal and external security issues are getting less distinct, the hybrid nature of conflicts is already established as a rule. Improving military mobility is key to the EU's ability to effectively carry out its Common Security and Defense Policy’s operations. Assuring fast and efficient movement of military contingents and materiel, within and outside EU territory, will enable our Union to effectively react to the challenges of the contemporary highly dynamic strategic environment”.

In his closing speech, Jorge Domecq, Chief Executive of the European Defence Agency, emphasized that “Military mobility is not just about defence. A whole of government approach is necessary to achieve results. At EU level we already took our share of responsibility and all relevant EU institutions, agencies and bodies are already working hand in hand to better serve the Member States’ needs. Looking at the European Council at the end of June, it is important for Heads of States and Government to address the issue in order to mobilise a whole of government approach.”

At the conference, high-level speakers from national governments and armed forces as well as NATO representatives and European defence actors discussed the way ahead in key note speeches and two panel discussions focussing on synergies and coordination as well as on military requirements for military mobility respectively.

Regroupant plusieurs activités, ce grand espace qu’abrite le Cadc est ouvert jusqu’au 30 septembre.

Sous l’égide du ministère de la Culture, en partenariat avec le Cadc et à l’initiative de Jil Fm et du ministère de la Communication Medinatic est née. Medinatic 2018 un lieu de loisirs et de culture a été inauguré officiellement mardi soir en présence conjointement des ministres de la Culture, de la Communication et du Tourisme, respectivement Azzedine Mihoubi, Djamel Kaouane et Abdelkader Benmessaoud. «Medinatic est un espace familial pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes désirant passer un moment de détente, de divertissement ou encore de culture.» peut-on lire dans la présentation faite autour de cet espace qui englobe à la fois salle de concert, qaâda artistique, cinéma de plein air, librairie, galerie d’art, conférence-débat, salle de jeux, paintball, mur d’escalade et espace restaurant. Ouvert jusqu’au 30 septembre, Medinatic se trouve au Cadc (Centre algérien de développement du cinéma) à El Achour. Ce lieu étant censé être ouvert durant trois mois, il est destiné avant tout aux familles, indique Azzedine Mihoubi qui estimera que ce genre d’endroit de distraction et de culture manque à Alger. «Ce lieu est destiné aux grands comme aux petits, aux amoureux du cinéma, de la musique, etc. Quand on nous a proposé cette idée, on ne pouvait pas refuser une telle occasion ici. D’ailleurs, le Cadc servira bientôt à abriter des studios pour le tournage de production cinématographique, mais tant que cela n’est pas encore réalisé ou monté on s’est dit qu’il était aussi valable de profiter de cet espace vacant pour abriter le projet Medinatic. Je suis sûr qu’il va être fréquenté par beaucoup de monde» et de renchérir: «L’objectif premier est la détente et le divertissement. Ce sera un endroit de rencontres et de loisirs pour les jeunes et les familles.
Pour nous l’endroit est idéal. Si nous avions trouvé un autre à Riad El Feth nous l’aurions pris. Notre but plus tard est de mettre en place des studios comme je vous l’ai dit. En attendant on essaye de l’exploiter autrement. Il sera ouvert à tous ceux qui voudraient réaliser des séries télés, des émissions etc. Le film Ben Badis a été tourné ici. Une partie du film de Ahmed Bey va être tournée ici également.
L’essentiel pour nous est de développer chaque espace susceptible d’être exploité. C’est important que les familles puissent trouver des endroits où ils peuvent se retrouver, échanger.» En effet, il y a de tout dans ce parc. A l’intérieur une galerie d’art est visible, jouxtant la libraire Point Virgule qui est venue élire domicile. Non loin de là un espace est réservé pour les conférences-débats. A l’extérieur, à côté on retrouve un hangar qui servira de salle de spectacle. A notre arrivée le groupe Ifrikya Spirit y jouait. Dehors encore on pouvait distinguer un toboggan et une grande cafétéria /resto à ciel ouvert. Sans doute qu’il manquait encore d’autres aires de jeu pour enfants pour compléter le tableau, d’où notre sentiment mitigé. Mais gageons que tout cela sera renforcé et fréquenté surtout, sinon ce sera une perte de temps, mieux, voire d’argent…

Im Zürcher Trend-Lokal Quai 61 flogen am vergangenen Sonntag nicht nur Fäuste: Auch Shishas flogen durch den Aussenbereich des Seerestaurants. Viele wurden verletzt, die Empörung war gross, nachdem ein Video von der Schlägerei die Runde machte.

Jetzt haben die Veranstalter reagiert. Sie wollen offenbar solche Szenen nicht mehr bei uns haben: Aufgrund eines Vorfalls hat die Betreiberin des Restaurants zusammen mit dem Veranstalter entschieden, die Partyreihe «Sundayz» einzustellen.

Das Management erklärt diesen Entscheid damit, dass man den Gästen einen Ort bieten wolle, an dem man «ungestört und entspannt» geniessen könne. «Dieses einzigartige Ambiente direkt am Zürichsee soll auch weiterhin für jedermann risikofrei zugänglich sein», heisst es in einer Mitteilung weiter.

135 Spiele macht Stéphane Henchoz zwischen 1999 und 2005 für Liverpool. Er kann sich vorstellen, dass Xherdan Shaqiri nun der nächste Schweizer bei den Reds wird.

Der «Guardian» schreibt es am Mittwoch schon relativ konkret. Champions-League-Finalist Liverpool überlege sich, Xherdan Shaqiri (26) für die festgeschriebene Ablösesumme von 14,5 Millionen Euro von Stoke zu kaufen.

Den Schweizer Ex-Nati-Star Stéphane Henchoz (43) erstaunt das nicht. «Liverpool wird sich jetzt verstärken. Nach dem Champions-League-Final ist es nun das Ziel, die Meisterschaft zu gewinnen. Und für Shaqiri wäre es nun der ideale Schritt, zu Liverpool zu wechseln.»

Shaqiri soll in der Premier League bleiben

Henchoz erklärt: «Er ist jetzt 26 und hat sich bei Bayern und Inter nicht als Stammspieler durchgesetzt. Bei Stoke war er gut. Die Premier League ist die beste Liga der Welt, aus meiner Sicht sollte er da bleiben. Und für einen Wechsel zu den Top 6 ist es jetzt Zeit.»

Dafür, so Henchoz, müsse er aber nun endlich konstanter werden. «Man sieht immer seine grosse Klasse – für 20 bis 30 Minuten, manchmal für eine Halbzeit. Aber dann taucht er ab – auch in der Nati. Man kann von ihm erwarten, dass er auch mal in einem entscheidenden Spiel wie gegen Portugal etwas reisst – grosse Spieler können das.»

Shaqiri müsse sich «mental und physisch noch verbessern, wenn er zu Liverpool geht»: «Seine Konkurrenten im 4-3-3-System wären Stand heute Mohamed Salah und Sadio Mané, da ist es kompliziert zu spielen. Da musst du auf einem gewissen Niveau konstant spielen, um Einsatz-Chancen zu haben. Aber vor der Konkurrenz müsste er sich nicht fürchten, die ist in jedem Top-Klub so.»

Wie auch die Gerüchte Sadio Mané sei sich mit Real Madrid bereits einig, berichtete vor zwei Tagen «France Football».

Dritter Schweizer bei Liverpool?

Shaqiri wäre nach Henchoz und Philipp Degen der dritte Schweizer bei Liverpool. Schon 2014 wäre Shaqiri fast an die Anfield Road gegangen. Shaq damals: «Ich wollte schon im Sommer unbedingt gehen und hatte Angebote aus Liverpool und von Atletico Madrid. Ich entschied mich für Liverpool. Das haben mir die Bayern aber untersagt.»

Nun wird es vielleicht Liebe auf den zweiten Blick.

The SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations in Donetsk region and more in Luhansk region, compared with the previous reporting period. The Mission heard small arms fired near its position, assessed as directed at its SMM mini-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flying near Novoselivka Druha. An SMM long-range UAV was jammed near Debaltseve and Sofiivka. The SMM continued monitoring the disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske; it recorded ceasefire violations near the Zolote disengagement area. The Mission’s access remained restricted in all three disengagement areas and was also restricted near Izvaryne at the border with the Russian Federation. The SMM observed weapons in violation of withdrawal lines on both sides of the contact line. The Mission continued to monitor the security situation around the Donetsk Filtration Station and again heard ceasefire violations in the area, despite security guarantees. It continued to monitor and facilitate repairs to the Petrivske pumping station near Artema.

In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations[1], including, however, more explosions (about 270), compared with the previous reporting period (about 170 explosions).

On the evening and night of 5-6 June, the SMM camera at the Donetsk Filtration Station (DFS) (15km north of Donetsk) recorded, in sequence, a projectile in flight from east to west, three undetermined explosions, four illumination flares in vertical flight and two projectiles from east to west, followed by totals of 52 undetermined explosions, nine illumination flares in vertical flight and 134 projectiles (121 from west to east, ten from east to west and three from south to north), all 0.5-3km south.

On the evening and night of 5-6 June, while in Svitlodarsk (government-controlled, 57km north-east of Donetsk), the SMM heard three explosions assessed as outgoing rounds of mortar and recoilless-gun (SPG-9, 73mm) fire 1-6km south-east, 12 explosions assessed as impacts (one mortar round, one round of recoilless-gun (SPG-9) fire and the remainder undetermined) 4-7km south-east and south, as well as eight undetermined explosions and  about 240 shots and bursts of anti-aircraft-gun (ZU-23, 23mm), heavy-machine-gun and small-arms fire, all 2-6km at directions ranging from east-south-east to south.

On the evening of 5 June, while in Debaltseve (non-government-controlled, 58km north-east of Donetsk), the SMM heard about 60 undetermined explosions, all 3-5km north-north-west. The following day, positioned on the eastern edge of Debaltseve, the SMM heard about 60 undetermined explosions, all 15-20km south-west.

On the evening of 5 June, while in Horlivka (non-government-controlled, 39km north-east of Donetsk), the SMM heard 35 undetermined explosions and about 20 bursts of heavy-machine-gun fire, all 4-6km south-west.

The same evening, while in Donetsk city centre (non-government-controlled), the SMM heard 20 undetermined explosions 8-10km north-west.

During the day on 6 June, positioned on the western edge of Yasynuvata (non-government-controlled, 16km north-east of Donetsk) for about five hours, the SMM heard about 60 shots of small-arms fire, all 1-1.5km south-west and west-south-west. The same day, positioned at the railway station in Yasynuvata for about four hours, the SMM heard an undetermined explosion and about 30 shots and bursts of heavy-machine-gun and small-arms fire, all 1-3km at directions ranging from south-west to north-west.

Positioned 1.6km south-south-east of Kamianka (government-controlled, 20km north of Donetsk), the SMM heard two undetermined explosions and 30 shots and bursts of infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) (BMP-2) cannon (30mm), heavy-machine-gun and small-arms fire, all 1-7km at directions ranging from south-east to south-west.

While conducting a mini-UAV flight near Novoselivka Druha (government-controlled, 23km north of Donetsk), the SMM heard ten bursts of small-arms fire about 1km south-west of its position, assessed as directed at the UAV. The SMM immediately took shelter in and around its armoured vehicles. Shortly thereafter, the SMM landed the UAV without damage and left the area.*

In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including about 50 explosions, compared with the previous reporting period (three explosions).

During the day on 6 June, positioned in Obozne (non-government-controlled, 18km north of Luhansk), the SMM heard 30 undetermined explosions 20-25km north-west, assessed as part of live-fire training near Dmytrivka (government-controlled, 43km north of Luhansk) outside the security zone.

Positioned in Slovianoserbsk (non-government-controlled, 28km north-west of Luhansk), the SMM heard 12 undetermined explosions 5-6km north-west and about 20 bursts of small-arms fire 2-3km south-south-east.

Positioned on the western edge of Novotoshkivske (government-controlled, 53km west of Luhansk), the SMM heard seven explosions assessed as impacts of mortar rounds, five explosions assessed as outgoing automatic grenade-launcher rounds and a burst of heavy-machine-gun fire, all 1.5-1.7km south-south-east.

Positioned 3km south of Muratove (government-controlled, 51km north-west of Luhansk), the SMM heard two explosions assessed as artillery rounds 2-2.5km south.

The SMM continued to monitor the disengagement process and to pursue full access to the disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska (government-controlled, 16km north-east of Luhansk), Zolote (government-controlled, 60km west of Luhansk) and Petrivske (non-government-controlled, 41km south of Donetsk), as foreseen in the Framework Decision of the Trilateral Contact Group relating to disengagement of forces and hardware of 21 September 2016. The SMM’s access remained restricted, but the Mission was able to partially monitor them.*

On the evening of 5 June, the SMM camera in Zolote recorded 23 projectiles in vertical flight 4-6km south (all assessed as outside the disengagement area).

During the day on 6 June, positioned in the Stanytsia Luhanska disengagement area and near the Petrivske disengagement area, the SMM observed calm situations.

The SMM continued to monitor the withdrawal of weapons in implementation of the Memorandum and the Package of Measures and its Addendum.

In violation of withdrawal lines in government-controlled areas, on 4 June, an SMM long-range UAV spotted a surface-to-air missile system (9K35 Strela-10, 120mm) on the eastern edge of Zaitseve (62km north-east of Donetsk). On 6 June, the SMM saw two stationary anti-tank guns (MT-12 Rapira, 100mm) at the railway station in Bakhmut (formerly Artemivsk, 67km north of Donetsk).

In non-government-controlled areas, on 4 June, an SMM long-rang UAV spotted a mortar (2B11 Sani, 120mm) south-west of Kalynove (60km west of Luhansk) and on 5 June, an SMM mid-range UAV spotted two tanks (T-64) parked between civilian houses in Verkhnoshyrokivske (formerly Oktiabr, 85km south of Donetsk) (see SMM Daily Report 10 April 2018). On 6 June, the SMM saw 13 stationary towed howitzers (D-30 Lyagushka, 122mm) east of Novooleksandrivka (75km south-east of Donetsk) (see SMM Daily Report 28 April 2018).

Beyond withdrawal lines but outside of designated storage sites in government-controlled areas, the SMM saw 14 tanks (T-64 BV) and three surface-to-air missile systems (9K35 Strela-10), all stationary at the railway station in Bakhmut, and a tank (T-80) about 1km north of Mariupol (102km south of Donetsk).

The SMM observed weapons that could not be verified as withdrawn, as their storage did not comply with the criteria set out in the 16 October 2015 notification from the SMM to the signatories of the Package of Measures on effective monitoring and verification of the withdrawal of heavy weapons. In non-government-controlled areas beyond the respective withdrawal lines, the SMM noted that a towed howitzer (D-30) and 15 mortars (PM-38, 120mm) were again missing.

The SMM observed armoured combat vehicles (ACV)[2] in the security zone. In government-controlled areas, on 4 June, an SMM long-range UAV spotted three IFVs (BMP-2) within a residential area of Mykolaivka (57km north of Donetsk), five IFVs (BMP-1) near Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), two IFVs (BMP-2) and an ACV (BMP variant) near Troitske (69km west of Luhansk) and two armoured personnel carriers (APC) (MT-LB and BTR-70) about 50m from houses in Vershyna (63km north-east of Donetsk). On 5 June, an SMM mid-range UAV spotted ten IFVs (one BMP-2 and nine BMP variants) near Novotoshkivske.

In non-government-controlled areas, on 4 June, an SMM long-range UAV spotted an APC (MT-LB) near Nadarivka (64km west of Luhansk), as well as an APC (MT-LB variant) and an artillery reconnaissance vehicle (PRP-4 Nard) near Veselohorivka (64km west of Luhansk). On 5 June, an SMM mid-range UAV spotted a probable ACV (type undetermined) near Verkhnoshyrokivske.

The SMM continued to observe mines and unexploded ordnance (UXO). On 5 June, an SMM mid-range UAV again spotted at least 100 anti-tank mines (TM-62) about 2km east of Novotoshkivske, in a field about 150m south of road T1303 (see SMM Daily Report 27 April 2018). The following day, the SMM observed a metal object, assessed as a 120mm mortar tailfin, covered by an overturned plastic crate wrapped with red tape on a road about 1km north-west of Pavlopil (government-controlled, 26km north-east of Mariupol).

The SMM continued to monitor the security situation around the DFS. On the morning of 6 June, positioned on the western edge of Yasynuvata, the SMM saw three men in military-style clothing reinforcing positions surrounded by sandbags with shovels along the south-eastern side of road M04, about 1km south-east of the DFS. During the day, positioned in areas near the DFS, the SMM heard explosions and small-arms fire, despite explicit security guarantees (see above and the table below for ceasefire violations).

The SMM continued to facilitate and monitor repairs to the Petrivske pumping station near Artema (government-controlled, 26km north of Luhansk).

The SMM visited two border areas not under government control. While at a border crossing point near Izvaryne (52km south-east of Luhansk) for 20 minutes, the SMM saw 13 pedestrians (men and women) exiting Ukraine and a bus (with Ukrainian licence plates) and a pedestrian (man in his sixties) entering Ukraine. After being present for ten minutes, a member of the armed formations told the SMM to leave the area.* While at a border crossing point near Verkhnoharasymivka (57km south-east of Luhansk) for 30 minutes, the SMM saw 18 pedestrians (men and women, aged 30-35) entering Ukraine.

The SMM continued monitoring in Kherson, Odessa, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Chernivtsi and Kyiv.

 

*Restrictions of SMM’s freedom of movement or other impediments to fulfilment of its mandate

The SMM’s monitoring and freedom of movement are restricted by security hazards and threats, including risks posed by mines, UXO, and other impediments – which vary from day to day. The SMM’s mandate provides for safe and secure access throughout Ukraine. All signatories of the Package of Measures have agreed on the need for this safe and secure access, that restriction of the SMM’s freedom of movement constitutes a violation, and on the need for rapid response to these violations. They have also agreed that the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) should contribute to such response and co-ordinate mine clearance. Nonetheless, the armed formations in parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions frequently deny the SMM access to areas adjacent to Ukraine’s border outside control of the Government (see below). The SMM’s operations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions remain restricted following the fatal incident of 23 April 2017 near Pryshyb; these restrictions continued to limit the Mission’s observations.

 

Denial of access:

• Near Izvaryne at the border with the Russian Federation, a member of the armed formations told the SMM to leave the area.

Related to disengagement areas and mines/UXO:

• The SMM was prevented from accessing parts of the Stanytsia Luhanska disengagement area, with the exception of the main road, due to the possible presence of mines and UXO. A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer of the JCCC told the SMM by phone that no demining had taken place during the previous 24 hours. The SMM did not consider it safe to proceed and informed the JCCC.[3]
• The SMM was prevented from accessing secondary roads in the Zolote disengagement area due to the possible presence of mines and UXO. A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer of the JCCC told the SMM by phone that no demining had taken place during the previous 24 hours. The SMM did not consider it safe to proceed and informed the JCCC.4

Other impediments:

• An SMM long-range UAV was temporarily jammed while flying over areas near Debaltseve and Sofiivka (non-government-controlled, formerly Karlo-Marksove, 40km north-east of Donetsk).[4]
• While conducting a mini-UAV flight near Novoselivka Druha, the SMM heard ten bursts of small-arms fire 1km south-west, assessed as directed at the UAV. The SMM landed the UAV without damage and left the area.

WIESBADEN (D) - Die 14-Jährige galt seit dem 22. Mai als vermisst. Nun wurde ihre Leiche bei Wiesbaden (D) in schwer zugänglichem Gelände gefunden. Ein Verdächtiger wurde verhaftet, aber wieder freigelassen. Nach einem zweiten wird gefahndet.

Trauriger Fund in Wiesbaden (D). Die Polizei fand gestern Mittwoch die Leiche der 14-jährigen Susanna, die seit dem 22. Mai vermisst wurde, wie die deutsche Zeitung «BILD» berichtet.

Das Mädchen war nach einem Abend mit Freuden in der Innenstadt von Wiesbaden nicht mehr nach Hause gekommen. Eine gross angelegte Polizeisuche verlief lange erfolglos. Bis gestern Mittwoch ihre Leiche gefunden wurde. Jetzt hat die Polizei an einer Pressekonferenz informiert, was Susanna widerfahren ist.

Auf einem Feld von zwei Asylbewerbern vergewaltigt

Gemäss ersten Erkenntnissen wurde sie in der Nacht vom 22. auf den 23. Mai von zwei Asylbewerbern gewaltsam auf ein Feld gebracht und mehrfach vergewaltigt.

Am nächsten Morgen sollen die Verdächtigen die 14-Jährige zur Verdeckung ihrer Straftat ermordet, und ihren Leichnam anschliessend an einer anderen Stelle vergraben haben, um die Aufklärung des Verbrechens zu erschweren.

Auf die Spur der Verdächtigen kamen die Einsatzkräfte wegen der Zeugenaussage eines 13-jährigen Flüchtlings, der behauptet, der Iraker persönlich hätte ihm von der Tat erzählt. Er wusste auch, wo die Leiche zu finden war.

Türke wieder auf freiem Fuss, Iraker noch auf der Flucht

Einer der mutmasslichen Täter, ein 35-jähriger Türke, der seit 2017 in Deutschland war, wurde gemäss dem Polizeipräsidenten von Wiesbaden verhaftet. Am Donnerstagabend gab Oberstaatsanwalt Oliver Kuhn in Frankfurt (D) bekannt, dass gegen den Türken nach neuesten Ermittlungserkenntnissen kein dringender Tatverdacht besteht.

Er habe das Justizgebäude bereits wieder verlassen und könne sich frei bewegen. Die Ermittler hoffen nun, dass die Obduktion der Leiche und die Auswertung der DNA-Spuren neue Erkenntnisse bringt.

Beim zweiten mutmasslichen Täter handle es sich um einen 20-jährigen abgewiesenen Asylbewerber aus dem Irak. Dieser befindet sich noch auf der Flucht.

Gemäss Polizeiangaben reiste er wohl am letzten Donnerstag mit seiner ganzen Familie überstürzt und unter falschen Angaben nach Istanbul ab - ohne Rückflugticket. Mittlerweile seien sie im Irak. Der Iraker gilt als gewalttätig und war der Polizei bereits bekannt.

Zweimal wurde er mit einem Gewaltverbrechen in Verbindung gebracht, zusätzlich wurde er verdächtigt, ein 11-jähriges Flüchtlingsmädchen vergewaltigt zu haben. Nachgewiesen werden konnte ihm aber nichts, darum lag kein Haftgrund gegen ihn vor, wie der Polizeipräsident ausführte. (krj/rad)

Warum ist dieses Spiel wichtig?

So nah war die Nati einer Endrunde schon lange nicht mehr: Nur zwei Spiele trennen die Schweiz von der WM-Qualifikation, der ersten seit 1995. Ein solcher Erfolg wäre die Bestätigung für die Arbeit von Trainer Michael Suter, der die Nati vor zwei Jahren einer radikalen Verjüngungskur unterzogen hatte. 

Wie gut ist Andy Schmid in Form?

Der fünffache Bundesliga-MVP musste zuletzt mit dem verpassten Meister-Hattrick in Deutschland eine Enttäuschung verkraften. Ausgerechnet in der Schlussphase der Saison agierte auch Schmid nicht mehr auf dem von ihm erwarteten Ausnahme-Level. Niemanden hat dies mehr geärgert, als den Luzerner selbst. Dass er den Frust inzwischen verdaut hat, bewies der Spielmacher am Dienstag mit neun Toren gegen Olympiasieger Dänemark (22:29). 

Welche Rolle spielt Goalie Nikola Portner?

Der 24-jährige Keeper muss während 120 Minuten eine Weltklasse-Leistung abrufen, damit die Schweiz überhaupt eine Chance hat. Fehlen Portners Paraden, dann kann Schmid zaubern wie er will: Es wird nicht zur Quali reichen. Der Montpellier-Söldner verfügt über das Können und das Selbstbewusstsein, um in einem derart kapitalen Spiel seinen Mann zu stehen. Der Triumph in der Champions League hat ihm einen zusätzlichen Schub verliehen.

 

Wie gut sind die Norweger?

Der Vize-Weltmeister von 2017 gehört zu den fünf besten Mannschaften der Welt. Da Deutschland, Dänemark, Spanien und Frankreich bereits qualifiziert sind, hätte die Schweiz keinen schwierigeren Gegner erwischen können. Aus dem eingespielten Kollektiv ragt Sander Sagosen heraus: Der Rückraumspieler von Paris-Saint Germain ist im zarten Alter von 22 Jahren bereits zur Wahl als Welthandballer nominiert. Mit Bjarte Myrhol und Harald Reinkind stehen zwei von Schmids Ex-Kollegen im norwegischen Kader.  

Wo kann ich das Spiel sehen?

Die WM-Barrage gegen ein Kaliber wie Norwegen kommt für die Handball-Nati noch etwas früh. Eine Qualifikation wäre deshalb mehr als nur eine Überraschung.

Auf dem Papier hat unsere Handball-Nati gegen Norwegen keine Chance. Zu gross ist der Abstand zum Vize-Weltmeister.

Die Schweizer stehen mehrheitlich am Anfang ihrer internationalen Karriere. Viele sind neben ihrem Handballer-Leben berufstätig oder sie studieren. Dass mit Rückkehrer Andy Schmid ausgerechnet der Kopf der Mannschaft in nur einer Vorbereitungswoche wieder ins Team integriert werden muss, stellt ein zusätzliches Handicap dar.  

Kein Vergleich zu den Norwegern, die perfekt eingespielt sind und durchs Band über Erfahrung aus den Top-Ligen verfügen. Eine erfolgreiche WM-Qualifikation gegen diesen Gegner wäre deshalb keine Überraschung. Sie wäre eine Sensation. 

Ob die junge Mannschaft dazu schon bereit ist, wird sich zeigen. Nati-Trainer Michael Suter arbeitet aber daran, dass es für eine WM-Quali irgendwann keiner Sensation mehr bedarf. Dazu braucht er Zeit. Und er braucht Spieler, die den sicheren Hafen Schweiz verlassen und das Abenteuer in einer ausländischen Liga suchen.

Suter nimmt sich dabei auch die Norweger als Vorbild. Vor ihrem Silber-Coup 2017 verpassten sie zwei Mal die Endrunde komplett. Nun ernten sie die Früchte ihrer akribischen Arbeit.

Member States with a developed crowdfunding market have designed bespoke regulatory regimes that differ from each other with regard to the conditions under which platforms can operate, their scope of permitted activities and the licensing requirements applicable to them. As a result of this diversity, cross-border flows remain limited and crowdfunding service providers face challenges in scaling up their operations. To remedy this, the Commission has proposed a regulation providing for uniform, proportionate and directly applicable requirements for the authorisation and supervision of crowdfunding platforms, together with a single point of supervision, and a directive exempting crowdfunding service providers from the scope of MiFID II.

Már vasárnap vádat emeltek a Népi Front Palesztina Felszabadításáért nevű szervezet három tagja ellen, akik Szíriából irányítva izraeli vezetők megölésére készültek, de csak kedden hozták nyilvánosságra a történteket. Az egyik vádlott a harminc éves Muhamad Dzsamal Rasde, aki a Jeruzsálemtől keletre lévő Suafat menekülttábor lakója, és terrorista tevékenységért korábban már ült izraeli börtönben.

A nyomozás szerint külföldi, köztük szíriai terroristák útmutatásai alapján tervezte a támadásokat, többek között az amerikai konzulátus egyik épülete elleni akciót, valamint a Palesztin Hatóság fegyvereseinek kiképzésében részt vevő kanadai delegáció elleni merényletet. A csoport azt tervezte, hogy a támadások végrehajtásához Jordániából hoznak segítőket. A Sin Bét szerint Rasde előzetesen információt gyűjtött a célpontokról a szíriai terrorszervezetektől kapott utasítások alapján.

A két másik gyanúsítottat később fogták el. Kihallgatásuk megerősítette a vádak megalapozottságát, s újabb információkat szolgáltatott a gyanúsítottak és a csoport tevékenységéről.

“Az eset azt mutatja, hogy Szíriában, és sajnos Törökországban is vannak terrorista központok, a Gázai övezetet irányító radikális iszlamista Hamász főhadiszállásai, amelyek célja izraeli célpontok elleni támadás. A biztonsági erők feladata, hogy megakadályozzák ezeket még végrehajtásuk előtt”- mondta Jiszrael Kac hírszerzésügyi miniszter kedden a Ynetnek.

“A kormányfőt nagyon szoros biztonsági gyűrű veszi körül, és jelentős a megelőzési tevékenység is. Mellesleg minden nap megpróbálnak terrortámadásokat exportálni Izraelbe, s a biztonsági szolgálatok és szervezetek napi szinten csodálatos megelőző munkát végeznek, amelynek kilencvenkilenc százaléka el sem jut a nyilvánossághoz”- tette hozzá Kac.
