Der Präsident des Europäischen Rates, Charles Michel, wird zusammen mit der Präsidentin der Europäischen Kommission, Ursula von der Leyen, nach Kanada zum Gipfeltreffen EU-Kanada am 23./24. November reisen.

Der Europäische Rat hat am 26. Oktober Schlussfolgerungen zum Mehrjährigen Finanzrahmen 2021-2027 angenommen.

At the press conference following the first day of the October European Council, President Charles Michel highlighted the EU leaders' condemnation of Hamas’ brutal terrorist attack and their gravest concern for the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza. They also discussed the mid-term revision of the EU’s long-term budget.
