A Tanács az Európai Békekeret keretében 20 millió EUR értékű támogatási intézkedést fogadott el a Kongói Demokratikus Köztársaság fegyveres erőinek támogatása céljából.

A Tanács hat hónappal meghosszabbította az ukrajnai helyzetet destabilizáló orosz intézkedések miatt hozott korlátozó intézkedéseket.

A Tanács a mai napon rendeletet fogadott el, amelyben egy évvel, 2024. július 24-ig megújítja és hét mezőgazdasági termékre kiterjeszti az azokra még alkalmazandó összes fennálló vám és a belépésiár-rendszer ideiglenes felfüggesztését.

The EU issued a statement condemning unequivocally Russia’s decision to terminate the Black Sea Grain Initiative. With its decision, Russia is further exacerbating the global food security crisis it created by its war of aggression against Ukraine and its blockade of Ukrainian sea ports. Russia must cease illegally blocking Ukrainian sea ports and allow freedom of navigation on the Black Sea.
