The Council and European Parliament reached a provisional agreement on a proposal for a regulation on environmental, social and governance (ESG) rating activities, which aims to boost investor confidence in sustainable products.

Council and Parliament strike provisional deal on the right to repair directive.

At the press conference concluding the Special European Council, President Charles Michel highlighted that EU leaders agreed to reinforce the EU’s long-term budget with additional funding, including €50 billion in financial support to Ukraine. They also discussed military support to Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East.

A Tanács és a Parlament tárgyalói ideiglenes politikai megállapodásra jutottak az európai statisztikákra vonatkozó jelenlegi szabályok módosításáról. A szabályok uniós szintű jogi keretet biztosítanak az európai statisztikák fejlesztéséhez, előállításához és közzétételéhez.

A Tanács és a Parlament ideiglenes megállapodásra jutott a tőzsdei jegyzésről szóló jogszabályról. Az érintett csomag vonzóbbá teszi majd az uniós nyilvános tőkepiacokat az uniós vállalkozások számára, és mérettől függetlenül minden vállalkozás – többek között a kkv-k – számára megkönnyíti majd az európai értéktőzsdéken való jegyzést.

A Tanács és a Parlament ideiglenes egyezségre jutott a szavazatelsőbbségi részvényekről szóló irányelvről.
